I am six weeks post op on my gyno revision and my right side looks good but my left side has a crease. There was an extensive amount of lipo done on the left side and very little to the right. I know it is still early but is this something that can be corrected without major surgery?

I certainly see the crease and in fact you may need a revision but even if that is the case it is best to wait for several months. That said often the situation dramatically improves with time to the point where nothing needs to be done. Some massage perhaps would be useful to help break up scaring., you should check with your surgeon.

I concur with Dr. Pensler.  It is much too early in the healing process to draw any conclusions.  Oftentimes things that don't look great immediately after surgery do tend to improve over time.

Be patient.

As noted, it's too early to say, and while I can see the crease, this may improve significantly.  If not, revision might require fat grafting, which can be challenging, but should be reasonably straight forward.

I went to my follow up appointment last week and he told me that if i do some chest exercises it will help. I am very discouraged at this point with the left side. It is starting to look puffy and elongated.
