Is this gyno? does it need surgery?
Hi,
I was obese and have always had fat over my chest. I successfully dropped my weight from 214 pounds (97 kgs) to 176 pounds (79 kgs). In addition, I gained some muscle. Now, I have fat that is  accumulating only under the nipple. I appreciate if you advise me whether this is only fats or fats with tissue! This is so much embarrassing!
