Hi, i posted some pictures on the bodybuilding forum and am getting mixed answers. Is this definitely gynocomastia? Some say it is and some say just lose weight, build muscle and it will go away. I've had fat on my chest since middle school and am now 31. When i lost weight in the past i still had fat on my chest and stomach while the other parts of my body were thin. What should i do? I was going to have a gynocomastia consultaion however, i wanted to ask here first.

You didn't provide much history, but based on your photos, it looks like you have gynecomastia, and indeed, if you grabbed a handful of tissue in the area, you might actually feel a mass in there that accounts for the fullness under the nipple/areola.  You should see someone who provides care for gynecomastia on a regular basis to give you your best shot at a good result to compliment the work you're doing to improve your body.
Good luck.
