My friend gave me a diet program... My mom says its too much money and too much storage room and might not be healthy.. so can you guys tell me what you think about it?

he told me to keep it up for atleast a month and a half, gotta eat this everyday.
im not sure about the order of the meals or when to eat but i know the quantity so listen up

10 slices of pastrami
6 hard boiled eggs (only the white part and 1 yellow)
4 pieces of bread
10-15 vegies (mostly cucumbers)
6 apples
1 glass of milk
2 cottage cheese carton (0.5% fat)
1 can of tuna in water
5 spoons of a special oil

i think that's all.. is it really too much?

trying to lose body fat %.
i'm also working out 4 days a week and running 5 times a week (25 mins + 25 + 25 + 40 + 40) on like 8 kmph.
i also walk alot and play basketball 1-3 times a week

alright, i have the menu right here a friend built it for me and im not sure he's sure about what he told me so please read and tell me if you think this diet will reduce my body fat % and i won't lose any muscles...

7:30 am
1 cottage cheese carton 0.5% fat
1 Big apple
1 spoon of natural peanut butter

10:15am
4 slices of pastrami
1 small-meduim apple

12:05am
4 slices of pastrami
1 small-meduim apple

2:00pm
4 slices of pastrami
1 small-meduim apple

4:00pm
3 cucumbers (i usualy eat 1-2)
1 tomato
2 spoons of natural peanut butter
1 can of tuna in water
1 (its like a spoon just bigger..dunno the name in english) of apple vinegar with water
2 bigger spoons of some grinded thing that looks like dirt :s no idea what's it called

6:30pm (after work out)
1 cottage cheese carton 0.5% fat
1 banana
1 bigger spoon of apple vinegar with water
9:00pm
3 eggs (3 whites + 1 yellow)
1 small apple
2 bigger spoons of the grinded stuff
1 glass of milk 1% fat
2 spoons of natural peanut butter

11:00pm (if im still awake :P)
0.5 can of tuna in water
2 eggs (2 whites)
2 bigger spoons of the grinded stuff
1 spoon of natural peanut butter
1 bigger spoon of apple vinegar with water


my friend said the natural peanut butter is quality fat, the apple vinegar and the grinded thing are good for burning fat or something..
I'm also running for 25 minutes 5 times a week and workout 4 times a week

Now Iam not an expert on the diet side of things but the diet you show's looks like a body builders diet plan for one day to me.

I lost a huge amount of bf and  gained a bit of muscle just eating three healthy square meals a day cutting out the crap and having a post exercise healthy snack like a banana or something.

Plus thats alot of times to eat different things if you work or what not, can you be sure you will have the time to fit all that in?As juice says I would get sick of eating the same stuff each day as well.

Out of interest what is the special oil?

it wasnt oil, it was some grinded something.. i think its called Pishtan or something... anyway im off that diet coz it didn't see any results,  i dont recommend this diet to anyone by the way... i think your system works best Worrier
