To those curious what a incsion around the areola looks like see below....if you can find it 4 weeks post op...

Per a previous post I had lipo only 4 + years ago with poor results from a physician other than Dr. Fielding.

Like most I was terrified of a scar under the nipple, but please run for the hills when a physician suggests Lipo only. Excision of gland is typically a must even with the most mild case (whether it be JCF's traditional incisions below areola or Lista, Jacob's et al side of chest.... 

I am in the medical field and deal with physician's, including specialists on a daily basis basis, trust me some are much more skilled then others surgically speaking - please do not put your hands in someone lacking experience in this procedure.  There are too may horror stories out there...practice makes perfect like everything else in life

Point being that the scar is really almost invisible.
