Is race a factor as to who is affected by gynecomastia?

I've worked a lot with Native Americans.  Seems like a lot have it.

I'm sure each race has there share of gyno sufferers.  Most white men tend to post here but I've seen pics of a bunch of different races.  Not to mention seeing them in real life.  You tend to notice it more.
