puff nip at top of areola

I had lipo,excision and areola reduction. My left is almost flat but my right areola is weird looking. My right side is flat at the bottom of the areola and the top portion is puffed out. I wonder why this is happening??? When I am in a relaxed position, the top portion of my areola folds the nipple downward making it look hideous. Do you guys think it might be scar tissue at the top of the areola?? I am 3 mths post-op...Any advice would be helpful!! Thanks

My PS keeps reassuring me it looks fine and it's an improvement. Yes, it is an improvement but not what I was expecting. I have some permanent sutures down on the lower part of my areola but PS said that has nothing to do with it puffing out on top. He said, it's just your tissues, your tissues want to go 1 way, PS said nothing he can do about it!! Maybe he's right. Before the operation it was doing it too but not as bad now. Other side is pretty much flat but didn't have a problem with direction nipple was facing...hmmm
