when does scar tissue build?

under what circumstances does the scar tissue build.

That's a tough question...It can build at different times, for different people, because of different reasons.

Just an estimate - Between week 2-4 post operation. In my opinion, it has less chance of forming if you don't strain yourself at all (rest and take it easy).
