I'm 26, I was overweight as a teenager.  I lost over 80 lbs, but the fat never went away from my chest.  I exercise pretty regularly, but in the past I haven't really worked out my chest cuz I didn't want to bulk it up even more.  I'm not sure if I have legitimate gyne or if it's just left over fat, (it does seem to be glandular cuz I can feel little lumps.)  From what I've read, the only treatment either way seems to be surgery.  Should I get surgery, and if so what can I expect?  Or is there any hope in pushups, and if so how much/how often should I do it?  I know it's not the worst case in the world, but it's beyond disturbing for me, so any honest input would be appreciated.

I don't actually think your chest looks bad at all. If you have gyne it is mild. In my opinion from what I can tell it looks like left over fat mainly. But you look pretty good. I wouldn't hesitate taking my shirt off with your chest.
