Silicon

Now that I'm about 5 weeks post-op (lipo & excision) I'm using the silicon scar sheets. My doc recommended I use them for about 2 months. However, I'm not sure I'm going to need to continue that long. After only a week of use I'm starting to see some good results. My incision scar is flattening out and becoming much less visible by the day.

Has anyone gone a full month or two? In hindsight what would you say is the optimal period for using the silicon sheeting?
