It's at the bottom left of the Page just under the last post.

Yes, at present, it may be set to Moderator, Global Moderator etc... Merle may be able to set it to 'all' members. I'm not 100% sure tho. You would have to ask him if that's possible.

i remember creating a poll with a good fifteen questions or something to it i always wanted to see done more effectively.  still might one of these days, but on the tech side, it might be easier just to create a requests thread here, and if a moderator thought the subject was worthy of creating one for it, he could set it up.
