Gynecomastia Surgery Help!

Ok Im 18 years old. I used to wiegh 272 i currently wiegh 220.  I lost 52 pounds in 4 and a half months, now im thinking of getting my breasts removed because I really hate how everything on my body is shrinking but my breasts.  I have found some institute that does this procedure.  I wanted to know if It is legitimate and if i should go to it.  Please help me before I make a mistake that can scar me for the rest of my life.  I've seen some cases of male breast reduction gone wrong and it really scares me.  Like when they go the procedure, afterwards their chest will sag because the skin didnt tighten .  Also, do i have to get cut under the nipple? I saw this procedure were you just have a small cut under your armpit and had the liposuction tube go in.  Please help me, i want as much info as possible before i consider moving on with this. Thanks!
