My surgery is on the 17th. I am a competitive archer. How soon after surgery can I start drawing my bow(s)?
I draw 45 pounds in one class, and 60 pounds in my main group. Would four weeks be to soon? I wonder if wearing an Underworks or other vest would help or hinder my healing during this activity.

Agreed...
Just listen to your own body.  If you feel a strain in your chest, then stop immediately and don't try it again for another week or two.   It's not worth risking a recovery setback.

I come from nowhere
And you should go there.
Just try it for a while.
