I'm a 17 year old male, and for about 4 or 4 years now, I've had these small, hard almost like rocks in my breasts. They are a little smaller now than they were 4 years ago, but maybe it is my imagination. I'm very skinny, and these make my breats bluge out a little. No one has ever noticed, thankfully, when I have my shirt off, but I'm still a little self conscious. I'm too embarrassed to tell my parents, friends, or even my doctor. What are these and what can I do?
