surgery lying flat or on an incline

i was wondering if most who had this surgery were lying flat during surgery or on an incline

Since I was unconscious during the surgery I can not be certain, but my surgical bed was flat just before being knocked out.

I had both lipo and excision. I am now 5 days post-op and healing up nicely.

I was lying flat also ... but Levick said let me mark your boobs because when you lie flat its all an illusion and your chest looks flat so if he marked them he knew exactly what he needed to take out etc.

Totally k.o'd ...

General Anaesthetic I think the one were they inject it through your vein in your hand and when it reaches your head your out! and remember nothing and wake up painlessly at the recovery room feeling you had the best sleep ever!

but in think it will be flat for one reason bcoz my doctor asked me to stand in the operation room  to make the marks b4 lying flat to know the breast dimensions
