help
Hey guys i have gynecomastia but i dont have the hard stuff behind my nips i just have like liquid or something in them nut they are really puffy. is it just liquid inside? can i just take like a syringe and take it out?

No you can't. 
Mine were similar to what you are describing.  Just because it's not hard doesn't mean it's not gland.  It's probably just mixed with fat like mine was, which makes the areola feel soft and appear very rounded and puffy. 

You need to consult with a gynecomastia-experienced PS to know your options.
