Does playing/rubbing make it worst

I was just wondering, if you play and rub your puffy nipples, will it get worst?

I can't image that playing with them makes it worse.  I was dealing with it for about 4 years and I was always doing it and it never seemed to make it worse.

It is commonly believed that women have much more sensitive breasts than men. I suspect that to be the truth in general terms but that some men have more sensitive breasts than do some women.

Likewise, some women describe stimulation of the breasts to be pleasant or even arousing. It would be perfectly natural to suspect that there are are number of men who have similar feelings.

If stimulating the nipples is pleasant, have fun and don't worry, I cannot believe it woud cause the breasts to grow. The nipples might be temporarily erect but not permanently altered.
