hey guys i am 24 and i am about to go see a P.S  and hopefully just after xmas get the surgery.. it is mostly all gland but the gland seems to be massive, im worried that my chest might concave (have a hole) were the gland was, the gland seems to go around towards the underarm slightly to.. these pics is my gyne at its worse (very hot, humid day) as when its cold i have a normal shaped chest, as you can see in the last picture, but the puffyness really shits me, never the less it p***es me off .... any advice, thoughts, would be greatly apresh...

any advice on the size the gland can get, also can it spread towards the underarm.. ect ect cheers guys
