Hi ,

If a person has gynecomastia and he has a child.
Whether this will affect the child in anyway Physiological, Mental or Physical health.

Well,

My Dad has it, my grandfather had it, and I had it.

Turns out that it doesn't prevent you from reproducing!

I'm the first in the line of folks to have it taken care of by surgery.   I'm glad I did.

I don't think there is any issue with having kids.   I never thought of my Dad as having it when I was a child.  I only thought about him having it after I was an adult. 

Get a girlfriend.   Get married.  Have kids.   

I'm working on those goals right now.
