need some help in rating my problem

Hi all,
I'm 31 years old and lived with this gyno since I was 14.  I'm 1.91 meters tall and my weight is about 90 kilograms.  Five years ago I only weighted about 77 kilograms but my chest looked exactly the same whith this puffy nipples, working out and cardio never solved my problem.Swimming and walking in shorts on the beach have always been very embarrissing.  So I figured it's time to finally do something about it.
I went to a plastic surgeon and he said that I should only get lipo because the glands are rather small and if he cut them out it would leave a crater.  He said that I would have a flat chest whith lipo only.
I always thought my main problem were the glands because when I feel behind the nipples, I feel a hard disc shaped mass which is about 1 cm in diameter. The doc also said that he wouldn't cut through my nipple but rather make a small insertion on the site for the canules. I'm a bit confused now as to what I should do...

I would definently seek another opinion and do some research on which doctor you go to. You will not be happy with lipo alone, save your money. It appears from your photo's that you may benefit from both excision and lipo.

looks to me like you need gland excision

I agree with the others, I'm not sure that lipo could make it disappear entirely. You seem to have a bit of gland behind your nipples. I'd suggest to go and see another surgeon that could give you another opinion.

As I said before, it looks as if there were some gland behind your nipples... So, I find it strange that your doc told you it was pseudo gynecomastia. It does not look as if it was...
