Scar tissue

Guys,
I am posting this msg in this category since I feel many who had either successful/unsuccessful surgery visit this.
my question is about scar tissue. i heard after surgery u will feel it under areola.. heard this will also give your chest boob-like appearance..

1) would the scar tissue ever go away on its own? if yes, how long will it take?
or
2) it has to be operated?
3) does it also make your chest look feminine?
