excision & still puffy 5 days
I had surgery 5 days ago for gland and I still have puffy nipples, they are like half the size they were pre-surgery.

Is this swelling or scar tissue? They are still too big, not the result I was looking for.

Does nipple puffiness go down as time goes on?

I just had surgery 3 weeks ago and they get smaller everyday it seems.

Agree with above replies. Be patient and call your doc if still concerned after a month post-op.
