tkaing off bandages tomorrow, best way?

hey guys, i had the surgery last week and have had a few problems as i can feel fluid swishing about behind my left nipple so im going to see the surgeon tomorow. but for this im am going to have to take the bandage i have had on for the last week compressing my chest off  .

just wondering if there are any techniques which will make it eaiser/ less pain full? lol its held on with sticky ace type bandgaes.
