Thought I would pass along this tip.  Of course consult with your PS before using this sauna but I swear by it.  I am about 6 weeks post op - only gland removal.  I was having quite a bit of scar tissue forming.  Over the past week I have been going into an infrared sauna for 40 mins at a time and massaging the area for the last few minutes.  I can't believe how quickly this tissue is breaking up. This maybe natural healing process but considering the speed at which this is reducing, the sauna must be having an effect.  Google the sauna and you'll see the other benifits in addition to soft tissue repair.
