same old story...gyno since puberty...fast foward...im now 22...and my gyno is starting to change on the left side of my chest...I always had more gland tissue on the left side than on the right.  My gland tissue was some what soft and never cause me any pain.  Now on the left side of my chest the gland tissue turned from somewhat soft to hard.  The area hasnt grown in size just the firmness has changed. The area is also tender and if I squeeze underneath the gland and apply moderate pressure on my nipple I can make a clear substance come out (clear and liquidy maybe water)...any suggestions as to whats going on?

Quit wasting time wondering and see a Doctor.

You have given three reasons, any one of which should be sufficient reason to see a Doctor.

First: There is a change in the breast.

Second: Pain.

Third: Secretions from the nipple.

Most Gynecomastia is harmless and is associated with nothing pathological. Rarely, there is a medical problem and the Gynecomastia is merely a symptom. The symptoms you mentioned suggest that you may be in the latter group.
