Swollen lymphs - surgery in two days :\

Hey guys!

Well, two of my lymphs are swollen, and I suspect that I have a minor infection going on. I cannot feel it in the sense of gettign weaker or anything.. Just the lymphs :\

I'm wondering if this could inflict with the surgery?
