Last night, I was very drunk, and I walked around outside with my shirt off, for the first time ever (since the puffies set in)

my friend said they were barely noticable.

woo hoo, it seems im moving in the right direction!

We tend to be our own worst enemies.

We make more of our condition than others do.

I had hoped that with the internet, and the widespread access to information; the commonality of Gynecomastia would be better known and accepted.

Instead we seem to come increasingly under the influence of mass media marketing of physical ideals which in many cases are not representative of reality and the condition results in greater damage to self image than in times past.

It is sad, but instead of learning, we seem to be getting more stupid.

most of the stuff related to gynecomastia in a google search is crappy miracle cures from dodgey websites and not simple information.

Sadly, that is true. The only miracle those things bring about is to fill the wallets of the scammers who vend their worthless products at high prices.

Misinformation proliferates on the web just as fast as good information and their are more sources of it.
