Im about 8 months post op.  Had surgery last october with Fielding.  I had kenalog shots about 3 months post op for scar tissue in one side which helped alot, but still have a bit of scar tissue (or possibly gland).  If I need to, I'll have a revision when summer's over...

Here' s the before and after...

looks perfect man, even though u had a mild case of gyne, it shows a mild case post op can still look amazing. i have my fielding consult today actually, with a moderate/severe case. i just hope hes worth it. theres been some success stories of late, so yeah i hope its worth it.

Im in the mirror, so it's actually the right pec that has a little less mass.  My whole goal in training now is to get proportionate and drop my BF down to about 6%.  Right arm is also a bit bigger then left, left trap is bigger than right, right shoulder is bigger than left, lol

It's actually not easy to be totally proportionate.  When by BF is sub 10% its alot harder to notice though.

Thanks for all the positive comments.

Hmm, Is it me or does the left pec looks like it has less mass or something?

Probably because he has his left arm up in the air taking the picture.

Outstanding results! If I were in as good a shape as you I'd..I'd...I'd call in sick and go to the beach. On second thought I wouldn't go to the beach. Can't afford the gas to get there.

how long until you can hit the weights after surgery? 4 weeks?

  • You t*t, what's he gonna do nibble your bum?
About that.  I was three with my doc, but I have seen 4 or even 5 from some.

Very important stuff.  Damage can be very costly and extend the healing for weeks or months.
