Its always been with me, tried working out, changing diet, you name it, ive done it, im just kind of stumped and debating on surgery

diet won't shift that. save up your dosh and choose a good surgeon.

I'd give you like a six. i think losing some weight would help that too though and you'd be amazed how much losing weight can change your life too... this is coming from a kid who just graduated high school who weighs 155 who weighed 200 his freshman year. i could give you advice if you wanted to go that route.


i'm not trying to be an a-hole, just giving constructive advice :) so i don't mean to offend


Surgery looks like your best bet for the gynecomastia, but i'm not sure if it would be best to lose weight and then get the surgery or vice versa... although that's clearly glandular at nature
