Heres a better side view, Im 21,Pretty sure i have gyne, how severe?

I put pics up the other day, this one is better, any ideas how bad it is? puffy nipple at all? im not sure exactly what to do, my left nipple is way bigger than the other, and in the past when i was thinner, it was still as bad, just not with the nipple issues. Any ideas? treatment? surgery?

your nipples dont look puffy at all, but there is obviously lots of fat there.  Have you tried dieting and cardio?
