Not a miracle cure at all I'm afraid. It's another SERM, supposedly more powerful at binding to oestrogen receptors in the breast.

It's being used as a Tamoxifen replacement as a treatment for breast cancer. Believed to be less harmful, even at the higher dosages required.

Note that there's a big difference between trying to shrink gyne that's been there for years, and gyne that's relatively freshly formed from taking AAS.
