hey guys, here are my pics. 19 yrs old, 6'0 190 lbs. i could stand to lose another 10 lbs. I already had my consult with dr.fiedling, Im looking to schedule the surgery right before the holidays, so that i can recover during the holidays, winter that is. He said my nips were huge, which they obviously are, he also said that the nips would shrink after surgery. When my nips are cold, their about half the size, shriveled up. I hope it can be similar to that. Im not worried about the volume in my chest atm, because im sure my ps will get enough of it out, gland/fat. Im just worried about the nipples, i dont want them to be this size after the surgery, would just look awkward. If the nips dont change in size, I would opt for nipple reduction, or w/e that procedure is called. anyways these are the pics, blurry sorry.

Looks alot like mine

I'm about the same size too, 6'0 but 185 lbs. I've been hittin the weights hard though to put on muscle mass, and bumped up the cardio to get body fat percentage down. Oh and we're abt the same age too, I just turned 18 about 20 mins ago 

I dropped down from about 220 lbs in about 2 months.

Your surgery would probably turn out great it you dropped some weight and put on some muscle.

yeah im gonna drop about 10 lbs, got the gut, fat deposits in places where i dont want them. about the weights, i was thinking about working out hard after i get the surgery, but getting in shape cant hurt.
