Gyno or fat help pls ! :(

im 17 , i havent been to see a doctor as my condition is obvz quite embarrsing. a few years back i use to be quite overweight, i lost alot of weight but didnt do it the healthy way, more by starving myself.

it was then that i noticed my man boobs intially they were quite large and this forced me to wear many under layers during my school time. over the last  few months it did feel as if they had shrunk abit unfortuantly i dont have any pictures of them before i thought they had shrunk.They still remain noticeable and embarrssing. right now i can feel a gland under the nipple, but as i am slightly overweight now its hard for me to say if its all gyno or some fat etc. i really hope they go away naturally soon, as i cant really afford surgery.
