Post op swelling/hematoma thoughts?

I'm just over 2 weeks post surgery and like most of us am amazed by what a few hours of surgery can do.  That said, all the major bruising is gone, my left side is as perfect as it can get.  The right however is still quite large; it almost feels as if a 'rock' is in the right side.  The area is still red and I had a very small amount of dark blood (~4cc's) drained 2 days ago.  My PS has reassured me that 'it is what it is' and I have nothing to worry about.  I'm heading back for another possible draining next week. 

So to you who are farther along than I, should I be concerned?  Normal?  Etc....
