Surgeons in the midlands?

Any of you guys know of any surgeons in the midlands in or atleast close to shropshire also im only 16 17 in march would a respectable surgeon operate on me this early but as you know its a real problem and i want to get rid as soon as possible before it affects my life anymore so any help would be great cheers!
