Painful and unstable gyno.Why ?

Hello, i m suffering from gyno frm the age of 13 now i m 24, between this period and at present ,often my left breast has pain and nipple get puffy. why this happens ? My doc presrcribed 10mg tamoxifen for 6 month ,but i haven't startd.These r my hormone levels :-Testo=28.22 , E2=350 ,PRL=0.520 ,L.H=2.5 . I think these r in NMOL/L. I am 5feet 8inches weighing 63kg(138pound) my upper body has strong build,fat belt around tummy, but having skinny legs. Am i normal ? (Sorry for bad english). Plz help !
