gynecomastia causing other health problems

I have gynecomastia and i get chronic constipation all the time. I excerise daily and have a high fiber diet. I was wondering if the surgery will correct the problem or i will still get constipation.

I dont drink, smoke or eat dairy products.

it's quite unlikely that your gyne is causing constipation.

This might sound stupid, but maybe you are just not eating enough food, high on fiber or not? Or don't drink enough water.
