Hi,

i just had liposuction for gynecomastia two days ago. On the first day, my entire chest area was numb and yesterday, there was pain and some sensation. My right nipple has sensation when touched but my left nipple does not really have much sensation. Also, when i press my chest, i feel a strange fluid inside. Is this normal and when can i resume my activities such as jogging/running?

Thank you (:

Having no sensation is completely normal. Your PS will tell you when you can resume exercise, but it wouldn't hurt to do some light walking after a week or so. Remember, if it hurts, that's your body saying don't do it.

Hi there, I had surgery just last friday and i too had that fluid feeling when i pressed my skin, it's away now but i think just disperses away itself. i had gland removed aswell but i'd think you might have to wait a couple more weeks before training. Personally i'm lost without gyming it or my cardio but safer to go easy mate. talk to you surgeon
