It would not be wise to handcuff your surgeon by setting limits on what he can or cannot do based upon cost.

Your surgeon needs the freedom to adapt as they feel is apropriate to the conditions found as the surgery proceeds.

My fee for surgery includes anything and everything necessary to achieve your objective:  a smooth, flat and contoured chest.  Whether it requires lipo only, excision only, or a combination, it is the final result that is important.  That is why I do not differentiate fees for different types of surgery -- I have one flat fee. And if there is fat extending onto the sides of the chest, I will include lipo of that area as well -- otherwise the newly flattened chest with residual fat on the sides of the chest would look odd.

Furthermore, I would not accept a patient for surgery who absolutely insisted I do one or the other -- I will only do what I professionally believe is necessary to achieve the very best result for that patient.
