Well bro its nothing id be worry about honest to god you should try to lose fat then if u still see that. And it bothers you id do something.

I dunno.  Maybe.  A gland you can feel would be a good indicator.  It doesnt' look severe to me either way.  It does seem to have some "weight" to it, but pictures don't diagnose.  A doctor consult will provide you many answers.

But clean your room first.
