You might have a VERY slight case of gyne. Hard to tell from the pics but definitely nothing to be worried about or even consider surgery over.

Your chest looks pretty Normal your nips may be a little big, but does that trait run in your family?  I can't see why everyone wants to rush out and say I HAVE GYNECOMASTIA.  Go to your GP and see what he thinks, NO one on here are certified to diagnose Gynecomastia by looking at pictures, except the PLASTIC surgeons who make their living by performing a lot of unnecessary surgeries.
