Hi, i have a couple of questions for you if you don't mind. I had the surgery two years ago but im still worried about it coming back. The doctor i used was aggressive with the removal of tissue. My left side is lump free but my right side has a small piece of tissue left over. It is not noticeable but i can feel it. Do you know if this tissue can grow larger,Its about the size of a penny  but im always concerned about it. Like you im at the gym every day and since the surgery ive gotten in the best shape of my life and would like to keep it that way , thanks for the info

Post-Op Paranoia nothing else!

That little lump youve got is scar tissue, something that most people post-op live with. It won't grow back, don't worry ... it's like an internal 'scab'
