Surgery Consultation in perth- Confused

last month i had a consultation with a  doctor in joondalup.
the doctor told me that the an incision will be made on the side ..under the arm and then a tube will be inserted...etc..
the overall charge will be around 4000.00 for that.. i find it too expensive.. do we have anywhere more reasonable than that in perth?

but on the web I read that an incision is made on aerola.
can somone who had a surgery clarify it..

An incision is not the same thing as an excision. It sounds like he is doing lipo only, and well, if you need tissue excision then this won't work. You should clarify with your surgeon as to what he is going to do (call him or email him).

Also, don't just go for the cheapest $4000 might sound like a lot, but it's just a little higher than the going rate. Make sure they are doing what you want them to do.

Oh yes, and excision is normally done by cutting a half moon around the areola and pulling it out though there; some surgeons do do it via a hole under the armpit or nearby, but you should clarify this with him.
