Im gonna turn 17 in a month had puffy nips since i was 12. Rate please and tell me your opinions

I would consider surgery, man. You have the exact build i do with a little less muscle and about the same amount of fat. I initially thought it was weight that was causing my nipples to stick out but that was simply crazy. Go for the surgery bro it'll change your life.
