my experience so far...any recommendations

I have decided to get the procedure done (though I am extremely scared about having it done), but I have to now choose the PS to preform the procedure. I have visited 5 PS's and I wanted to get feedback from this forum.

I have seen Dr. Teitelbaum, Dr. Grover, Dr. Kapoor, Dr. Cruise & Dr. Linder. I have already ruled out Dr. Linder as he didn't seem to care and was just trying to get me out of his office. I had good experiences with all the rest of the PS's and I have read for the most part good things about Dr. Cruise and Dr. Kapoor on this site.

Does anyone have any recommendations or has anyone had their procedure done with the PS's I mentioned above.
