Discomfort/Pain on right breast

Hi all,

First off I have quite a sever case of Gynecomastia, over the last month or so I have had an increasing discomfort/pain in the right breast, its fine and hardly noticable most the time, but if I try running or jumping or anything like that I get a sharp pain that seems to come from directly under the nipple, its definetely internal and not just from running/chaffing, also when examining the area I notice some of the surrounding gland close to the nipple area is very tender and sore.

It does seem to have gotten worse, although im not sure if its because I keep prodding around it and maybe making it worse.

Is this something that is attributed to the Gyn or maybe something unrelated, does anyone else get this as well?
