Well this SUCKS!!

So a few weeks ago, I was getting a few consults with my GS, PS, etc. and gearing up for surgery and scheduling. We submitted a claim with the insurance, and the PS surgeon's office called back telling me they agreed to cover it. That was great news! I was very excited, and have been trying to work my schedule (work, school, etc.) around the surgery date, still excited to finally rid myself of gynecomastia. I get a call today from the office. It turns out the insurance has not agreed to cover it. They're not sure yet, but things don't look good. I can't afford an $8000 surgery. I am so angry and disappointed its not even funny.

sorry to hear that, man. even if the insurance doesn't come through, keep focused on the goal: to get it done. You'll get there, one way or another.
