Surgery?
I am in mid 20's and 145 lbs.  I am also 5'8, and no money for surgery.  I think I need it, what do you think?

Man I thought so!  Well I set up an appointment with the surgeon.  Ive been reading posts about people not happy with their surgery, so now I am worried.  I dont care about puffy nipple stuff, I just want my chest to stay flat, I dont have high expectations....*sigh*
