I wouldn't say, man. Your nipples look basically identical to how mine looked as well as our body type. I just had surgery 2 days ago and all they did was remove the glands, or most of them. I didn't even have to go to sleep. The only thing that REALLY sucked was he didn't freeze one side as much as he could have and i felt the scalpel a little bit. Should be quick and painless for you man just get er' done as soon as possible and start living with increased self confidence and self esteem!
