Does this stuff grow back.  I will be having partial gland excision for a big puffy nipple problem.  So I just wonder if the gland can grow back again.  ???

Sometimes I think mine are growing back, but then I feel at ease when I get reminded that they can swell up sometimes within the first year. Even if they look good after 4-5 months, the 6th month for example can look a bit puffy I was told due to slight swelling occuring again. But after a year, recurrence of swelling should cease.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Yes it can grow back.  Go see an endocrinologist to be sure.  Tell him your concern.  You want gyne surgery but you're concerned that it'll grow back.  He'll do a few tests and in needed, give you meds to even things out and prevent it from coming back.
